1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd111 platform and all services operated under it. "Service" refers to the bd111 website, mobile application and all casino, sports betting and other entertainment activities provided through them. "User" refers to any person who accesses or registers for the service.

Using bd111 services means fully accepting these terms and conditions. 2 Account Registration and Management

A personal account is required to use bd111 services. Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently cancelled.

2.1 Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is prohibited. bd111 may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification.

2.2 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the bd111 support team immediately. No third party may be permitted to use the account.

2.3 Account Closure or Suspension

If a user violates these terms, engages in dishonest activity, or behaves fraudulently, bd111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. Any balance in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bd111 is ৳300. This same limit applies for each payment method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

Deposits must be sent from a method registered in the name of the bd111 account holder. Deposits via third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending if verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bd111 does not currently support transactions in cryptocurrency or other foreign currencies.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at bd111 are given under specific conditions. Accepting any bonus means accepting the associated terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: if a user deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a bonus of ৳1,200 at 120%, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds are never free money given outright; they are an incentive that becomes withdrawable upon meeting specific wagering conditions. More than one bonus offer may not apply to an account at the same time. bd111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if evidence of a breach of conditions is found.

4.3 VIP Program

The bd111 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold. This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and contribution on the platform.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd111 platform:

• Any form of fraud, collusion or coordinated manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to evade bonus conditions.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or flaw to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to conduct betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collecting or using another user's personal information without permission.
• Any attempt to damage the platform's infrastructure.

If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, bd111 may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
